摘    要:采用表层开槽、嵌贴碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的混凝土结构加固新技术,对8根跨度为2.6m的混凝土T形梁进行粘结性能试验,研究了混凝土表层嵌贴CFRP的粘结承载力。试验中通过考察嵌贴长度和胶粘剂种类这两项影响粘结的主要因素,对试验现象和数据进行了分析,发现采用粘结性能好的胶粘剂可充分发挥CFRP板的高强性能;当试件均采用性能好的胶粘剂时,CFRP板的极限荷载随嵌贴长度的增加而增大,超过最优嵌贴长度时,极限荷载不再增长。

Abstract:New concrete structure strengthening technology which makes slot on surface layer and mounts carbon fiber reinforced polymer material is adopted to conduct bonding performance test on eight pieces of T-type concrete beams whose span is 2.6m. Bonding bearing capacity of CFRP mounted on concrete surface is researched. During the test, mounted length and adhesive type which are two main factors affecting the bonding are examined. After analysis on test phenomenon and test data, it is found that adhesive with favorable bonding performance can give full play to the high strength of CFRP board; when all test pieces adopt adhesive with favorable bonding performance, limit load of CFRP board increases after the increase of mounted length. When the optimal embedded length is exceeded, the limit load will not increase any more.
