| 摘 要： | 文章分析了视频技术的3个发展阶段,回顾了视频监控技术近年来发展情况,在此基础上,提出视频监控中智能化趋势是仿生学引领的自然产物;并例举部分智能视频监控的具体应用模式和应用场合,认为智能化是视频监控技术众多发展趋势中的最为重要也是最艰难的一步;最后探讨智能视频监控产业的特点及其发展对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes three stages of video technology development and the development of video surveillance technology in recent years. A trend towards intelligent video surveillance （IVS）, led by bionics, is predicted and models and application areas are discussed. Intelligence is perhaps the most important and difficult trend to achieve in video surveillance technology. Characteristics of the IVS industry are considered and an adaptive development strategy for IVS is proposed. |
