可膨胀石墨在乙酸乙酯合成中的催化作用

摘    要:通过正交实验研究了可膨胀石墨的催化合成乙酸乙酯的最佳条件。结果表明,在可膨胀石墨的催化下,酯化条件明显缓和,但酯化产率较低,不到40%。推断了可膨胀石墨在乙酸乙酯合成中的催化作用机理,分析了可膨胀石墨催化乙酸乙酯合成产率偏低的原因。

Abstract:The optimum condition for synthesis of ethyl acetate catalyzed by expansible graphite was investigated through orthogonal test.The results showed that the reaction condition became milder over expansible graphite,but the esterification efficiency was lower than 40%.The catalytic mechanism of expansible graphite in esterification and the causes behind the lower esterification were discussed.
