熔模铸造加固层型壳强度性能的研究

摘    要:采用硅溶胶、硅酸乙酯水解液分别与刚玉、铝矾土、煤矸石等耐火材料制备加固层型壳抗弯强度试样,试样采用不同的干燥硬化工艺并经1000℃焙烧冷却至室温后,测试其常温抗弯强度。研究结果表明:粘结剂、耐火材料及干燥硬化工艺均影响型壳强度。粘结剂中二氧化硅含量越高型壳强度越高,耐火材料的刚玉相含量越高型壳强度越高,型壳采用化学干燥硬化导致强度降低。

Abstract:A study on the bending strength between Silica Sol, ethyl silicate and corundum, bauxite, coal gangue, which take different drying technology measures and be tested at room temperature by cooling down from 1000 centigrade after baking. The result show that the shell mold strength is affected by binder, refractory materials and drying technology. The more content of SiO2 in binder and corundum in refractory material, the higher strength shell mold has. Chemical drying technology leads to the strength loss of shell mold.
