基于ANSYS CFX的吸鱼泵的内部流场分析

摘    要:针对国内吸鱼泵产品匮乏以及技术落后等问题,以活鱼输送为目标,应用ANSYS CFX软件对现有高效吸鱼泵进行分析研究,将吸鱼泵U-400建模后导入ANSYS CFX模块中,对模型内部流场进行数值模拟和仿真,得出U-400在设计工况下的内部流场分布以及吸鱼泵性能参数数据,不仅提供重要的优化参数及设计参考,而且还能够有效缩短吸鱼泵的设计时间以及成本,实现高效吸鱼泵的设计优化。

Abstract:This paper introduced the development situations and the existing problems of domestic fish pump which is used for the effectively live fish damage-free transfer. Fish pump U-400 is selected to analysis by ANSYS CFX software,Three dimensional model of the fish pump U-400 is built to import into ANSYS CFX,and numerical modeling and simulation of inner fluid flow in fish pump is simulated under the operation conditionby the software,the simulation result provides the important basis for the reference design and optimization parameters,also it can effectively reduce the design time and cost of fish pump,provide the technical support for optimized design of the fish pump.
