露天矿半连续工艺系统的应用研究

摘    要:半连续工艺已成为露天矿剥采工艺的一个重要技术发展方向。介绍了国内外露天矿山采用半连续工艺系统的情况及其发展趋势,讨论了露天矿半连续工艺的特点、系统组成及其关键技术。结合实际露天矿山,讨论了半连续工艺系统的优化方法,结果表明,采用半连续工艺,减少或取消了卡车运输系统,可获得显著经济效益。

Abstract:Semi-continuous mining technology has become an important technology development direction. This paper introduce the situation and development trend of semi-continuous mining technology system, the characteristic and system composition and crucial technology of semicontinuous mining technology was discussed, combine this with practical opencast,discuss semicontinuous mining technology system optimize method, It proved that adopt semi-continuous mining technology and reduce or cancel trunk transportation system can gain notability positive benefit.
