摘    要:3-溴-1-(3-氯-2-吡啶基)-4,5-二氢-1H-吡唑-5-甲酸乙酯是合成新型鱼尼丁受体杀虫剂氯虫酰胺(chlorantraniliprole)的关键中间体。笔者以2-(3-氯-2-吡啶基)-5-氧-3-吡唑烷甲酸乙酯为原料,经对甲苯磺酰氯酯化、再溴化两步合成,总收率91.0%,产品含量98.0%,合成工艺简单,成本较低,并有望工业化。

Abstract:Ethyl 3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate is an important intermediate of a new insecticide chlorantraniliprole. It was synthesized from ethyl 2-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-5-oxo-3-pyrazolidinecarboxylate through esterification and bromination. The total yield and purity of the product was 91.0% and 99% respectively,indicating that this was a promising industrialization route because of its simply synthetic process and low cost
