摘    要:汽轮机转子材料的物理特性随温度变化显著,而其物性参数的变化会直接影响到热应力的计算结果。在汽轮机转子的热应力计算模型中充分考虑了转子材料的物性随温度变化的影响,并通过对某国产600 MW超临界汽轮机转子的冷态启动仿真试验,得出了其热应力的变化曲线,并与常物性下的结果进行了对比和分析,以期为准确掌握机组转子的热应力水平提供参考。

Abstract:Turbine rotor material physics properties changing with the temperature is notable,and the value of the physics properties affects the result of the thermal stress,so the material physics properties changing with the temperature are considered during the calculation.Through the stimulation test of 600 MW super-critical turbine rotor cold starting,the curve of its thermal stress and its characteristic were achieved.The deviation of two different results which consider the material physics properties changing with the temperature and its normal temperaturewere checked.In general,this paper was aimed at providing some references for monitoring rotor thermal stress accurately.
