| Abstract: | The thermal conductivity mechanism and theoretical models of thermally conductive silicone rubber were introduced. The research and exploitation of thermally conductive silicone rubber were also summarized. Three approaches on improving thermal - conductivity of silicone rubber were discussed. The future development and application of thermally conductive silicone rubber were discussed at the end of paper. |
