摘    要:为了保证废水稳定达标排放,江西铜业铅锌金属有限公司在原新建水处理设施上采用中南大学开发的重金属废水生物制剂深度处理技术对含锌、铅、铜、镉等冶炼废水进行处理,在废水处理站进行了400m^3/h的工业试验,结果表明,与原硫化一中和一絮凝沉淀法相比,生物制剂处理后废水中重金属锌、铅、铜、镉离子去除率明显提高,净化出水中重金属离子残余浓度稳定达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010)的限值。

Abstract:In order to ensure that the discharge of wastewater can reach the emission standard,JCC lead & zinc metal Co. Ltd chose the advanced treatment technology with biologic agent developed by Central South University to treat the heavy metal wastewater containing zinc, lead, copper, and cadmium based on their original wastewater treatment facilities. The industrial experiment of 400 m^3/h was carried out at the wastewater treatment station. The results indicated that the removal efficiency of various heavy metals in the wastewater was obviously increased after the treatment by biologic agent compared with the original vulcanization-neutralization flocculation method. The residual concentration in the purified water can steadily achieve the "Discharge standard of pollutants for lead, zinc industry" (GB25466-2010) limit.
