精馏脱氨在高浓镍冶炼氨氮废水处理中的应用

摘    要:以某镍冶炼企业高浓氨氮废水处理工程为例,阐述了精馏脱氨处理镍冶炼高浓氨氮废水系统的工艺流程和设备选型,分析了影响系统运行的主要因素。工程实践证明,该系统操作简单,占地面积小,运行稳定,去除率高,废水中99%以上的氨回收制备高纯氨水,循环回用于生产,实现了氨氮废水的资源化回收利用。

Abstract:Taking a project of high concentration ammonia nitrogen waste water treatment in a nickel smelting enterprise as an example, the paper summarizes process flow and equipment type selection of rectifying and deamination for processing high concentration ammonia nitrogen waste water system of nickel smelting, and analyzes main factor of affecting system operation. It proves by engineering practice that the system has advantages of simple operation, small floor area, stable running and high removal efficiency; over 99% ammonia in waste water can be recovered for preparation of high purity ammonia and applied for production, by which resource recovery and application of ammonia nitrogen waste water can be achieved.
