大容量燃气热水锅炉运行状况调研及对策

摘    要:在对新疆乌鲁木齐市大容量燃气热水锅炉运行状况调研的基础上,指出了运行过程中发现的主要问题及其原因,从锅炉结构设计、炉膛及管束振动消除、冷凝及其防控和供热系统调控等多个方面分析并提出了预防措施和对策,为我国未来大容量燃气热水锅炉的设计及长周期安全高效运行提出切实可行的建议。

Abstract:Pointed out the main questions and its causes based on service investigations for large capacity gas - fired hot water boilers at Ulumuqi city and put forward preventive measures and countermeasures in boiler structure design, vibration elimination for furnace and tube bundles, condensation prevention and beating system regulation. In the end, the new essential suggestions are introduced for structure design and long - term efficient and safe service of large capacity gas - fired hot water boilers.
