模型试验软土层制备方法研究

摘    要:制备均匀软土层是进行土工模型试验的关键步骤.一般情况下,模型试验用土量较大,软土层需要通过重塑的方法制备.本文探讨了利用真空堆载预压制备模型试验软土层的方法.通过在模型试验箱内铺设塑料薄膜和排水板可以控制土层的排水路径,改善以往制土土层边界的“硬壳层”效应,消除以往土层“夹心软土”的现象.根据箱内土层强度测试结果,在土层的不同深度选择性的插设排水板,可以有效地协调箱内土层强度的增长速度,改善土层强度的均匀性.

Abstract:Soft clay preparation is a key step in geotechnical model test. Generally, geotechnical model test needs large amount of clay made through remodeling. In this paper, preparing soft clay with vacuum combined surcharge preloading method is mainly discussed. The soil drainage paths can be con- trolled by laying plastic film and wick drain in the model test c.hamber so that the "hard shell" around the soil boundary can be better and "soft soil sandwich" can be eliminated. According to the strength test results, laying wick drain to different depth at different position in the soil layer can harmonize soil strength growth rate and improve soil uniformity.
