义185井钻井液技术

摘    要:义185井是部署在渤海湾盆地济阳坳陷沾化凹陷渤南洼陷渤深5断块高部位上的一口重点评价井,完钻井深4700m.二开裸眼段长达3200m,裂缝发育及地层易剥蚀掉块,井壁失稳严重;三开井底温度高达180℃以上,使用高密度钻井液施工难度极大.通过使用非渗透聚合物钻井液体系和聚胺抗高温钻井液体系,辅助现场钻井液维护处理工艺,满足了钻井施工的要求,全井无复杂情况发生.该井的钻探成功给该区块其他井的施工提供了技术保障.

Drilling Fluid Technology for Yi 185 Well

Abstract:Yi 185 well was an important appraisal well, and it was located on the fifth fault block of Ji Yang Downwarp in Bohai Bay Basin. The total depth was 4700m. The length of open well was 3200m and abtra- gung cave ftequently occurred because of crack in the second interval. Bottomhole temperature was high- er than 180~C and the drilling fluid density was heavy, so exploratory drilling difficulty was great. After impervious and polymer drilling fluid and polyamine and anti-high temperature drilling fluid were applicat- ed and the corresponding maintenance and handling technics was asisted, the well was finished successful- ly. Down-hole troublesome condition didn't occurred during the course of drilling. At last, the success ex- ploration provided technology support to others well in the oilfield.
