中国再生汞行业含汞废气处理技术评价

摘    要:为了解中国再生汞行业含汞废气处理技术的现状及处理效果,基于对全国现有主要再生汞冶炼企业实地调研结果,重点针对该行业含汞废气的处理技术进行比对分析和评价。结果表明,以蒸馏炉为主要生产设备的再生汞冶炼过程,汞以气态形式进入烟气,经冷凝回收汞产品后的舍汞尾气需要经过多级吸收、净化处理后方能达标排放,而目前国内再生汞企业对含汞废气的处理受技术、管理水平和经济效益等多方面的制约.有待持续改进。

Abstract:In order to understand the status and effect of waste gas treatment technology in industries of mercury regeneration in China, comparison and evaluation had been done on the waste gas treatment technology in industries of mercury regeneration, which were based on the field survey on the existing national industries of mercury regeneration. The results show that the distillation furnace for the regeneration of Mercury Smelting Process of main production equipment, Mercury enters the flue gas in gaseous form, the condensate recovery after mercury products containing mercury emission by multistage absorption, purification treatment before being discharged, restriction and the current domestic renewable mercury enterprise on mercury waste gas by the technology, the management level and economic benefits in many aspects, needs to be improved.
