ABAQUS在高拱坝浇筑仿真分析中的应用

摘    要:依据某常态混凝土高拱坝的详细施工进度和监测资料,以该拱坝单个典型坝段为研究对象,利用有限元软件ABAQUS所提供的子程序接口,编制水化热、水管冷却子程序及混凝土变弹模本构模型,对拱坝施工期全过程进行仿真计算。重点分析施工过程水泥水化热、水管冷却、变化弹性模量等因素对混凝土浇筑过程的影响,比较形象地反应施工过程中混凝土温度场及温度应力场的分布情况,验证该子程序的正确性及准确性。

Abstract:Based on the construction schedules and monitoring datas of a concrete high arch dam, taking the typical dam section as the research object,using the subroutine interface provided by the finite element software ABAQUS to compile the subroutines of hydration heat,cooling pipe and concrete variable elastic constitutive model,the simulation for the whole process of arch dam during construction period is calculated. The paper analyzes the influences of cement hydration heat,cooling pipe,elasticity modulus on the construction process,and reflects the distribution of temperature field and stress field in the construction process,all these verify the validity and accuracy of these subroutines.
