摘    要:综述了不锈钢基底薄膜太阳能电池的研究进展及其不锈钢基板的国内外生产情况,并针对柔性薄膜太阳能电池对不锈钢基板的品质要求,介绍了不锈钢基板的成形过程,其中包括基板的轧制成形、光亮退火及拉伸矫直等一系列关键技术。

Abstract:In this paper,a survey of recent progress in the studies of thin film solar cells with stainless steel substrate is presented,and the production of stainless steel substrate for thin film solar cells is also discussed.The forming process of such stainless steel strips in accordance with the requirement of flexible substrates for thin film solar cells is in detail described,including a series techniques of rolling,bright-annealing and tensile straightening.
