浅谈高速重载齿轮修形技术

摘    要:通过分析高速重载齿轮在传动过程中的弹性变形,必须对大、小齿轮齿顶进行修缘或对小齿轮齿顶、齿根进行修正。通过分析在离心力作用下齿轮轮体膨胀的情况,提出必须对齿轮采用基圆直径修正。通过分析大小齿轮温度差以及齿轮轮体不均匀温度分布的情况,提出对齿轮必须进行齿向线性修正。

Abstract:Through analysis of the elastic deformation of gears used in high-speed and heavy-duty application,it is stated that the tips of gear and pinion or addendum and dedendum of pinion must be modified.Based on the analysis of expansion of gear wheel under centrifugal force,this paper points out the modification of base circle diameter.It also analyzes the temperature differences of gear and pinion and the temperature distribution on the gearwheel,and points out the lead modification of gear.
