基于PFMEA的惰轮轴生产工艺的改进

摘    要:探索了惰轮轴生产的工艺过程,并对出现严重问题的工序进行了相关的数据分析。主要运用PFMEA技术分析了其原因,并根据实际情况对其生产工艺进行了改进。根据改进后的加工工艺对惰轮轴进行了小批量生产,并且采集相关数据,结果显示惰轮轴加工品质明显提高,加工过程稳定。

Abstract:This article explores the process of idler wheel production,carries out an amount of data analysis related to the process with serious problems,analyzes the causes through applying PFMEA technology,and then according to the actual situation,improves its production process.Idler wheels are produced in the small batch according to the process improved.The result shows that the idler wheel processing quality is significantly improved and the productive process is stable.
