| 摘 要： | 饲料冷却器是降低热饲料温度的一种换热器,格栅作为饲料冷却器中的主要结构,主要起到支撑冷却器以及排料的作用。在饲料的生产加工过程中发现,由于饲料冷却器三层格栅的变形不匹配,容易导致冷却器中的饲料发生卡料现象。通过对饲料冷却器的现场测试,获得了各层格栅的变形及平均应力分布情况。根据测试得到的数据,运用ANSYS有限元程序反推格栅各层的载荷分布规律。在此基础上,对格栅结构进行了改进设计,改善了饲料冷却器的卡料问题。
