履带式推土机履带张紧弹簧应力模拟分析

摘    要:圆柱螺旋弹簧的主要失效形式为疲劳断裂,为了防止断裂失效,需要找出最大应力值及其所在的位置。首先在SolidWorks中建立圆柱螺旋弹簧的模型,并在模型两端分别添加了压板保证力施加的均匀,然后通过SolidWorks与Ansys的无缝连接,采用Ansys workbench分析计算,来测定圆柱螺旋弹簧的应力分布情况。并通过理论计算验证圆柱螺旋弹簧最大应力值及其出现位置。

Abstract:Fatigue fracture usually makes cylindrical helical spring invalidated.It needs to find the maximum stress and the its location in order to avoid the invalidation.This paper firstly create a cylindrical helical spring's model in SolidWorks,and adds the plates in both sides to assure that the load could be applied in the analyzing process and then uses FEA software Ansys workbench to determine cylindrical helical spring's stress distribution accurately.Based on traditional method,the maximum stress appearing ...
