摘    要:通过对散体力学的研究,建立垃圾压缩设备在对垃圾挤入、压缩和推出等基本工况下的压缩垃圾载荷的数学描述。对垃圾压缩设备进行应力测试,得到其在基本工况下的应力分布,校核与修正压缩垃圾载荷的数学描述。利用ABAQUS软件对垃圾压缩设备进行结构的有限元分析,对垃圾压缩设备的截面形状及构件尺寸进行优化设计,以达到降低结构的最大应力,减少结构质量,降低成本。

Abstract:On the basis of research on granular mechanics,this paper establishes the mathematical expressions of compressed garbage equipment when it pushes,compresses and extrudes the garbage.It also gets the garbage compression equipment's stress distribution by stress test and checks and modifies its mathematical expressions under operating condition and then uses ABAQUS software to analyze its structure and research on optimization design of its cross-section shape and size in order to reduce the maximal structure...
