轻载荷高精密永磁同步直线电机控制性能研究

摘    要:分析了轻载荷高精密永磁同步直线电机中的电磁场分布,利用Matlab建立了永磁同步直线电机的模型,采用高能永磁体的正弦电流控制方法实现交轴电流的矢量控制并且构建了永磁同步直线电机位置控制的仿真系统,与实验结果进行了比较。

Abstract:The electromagnetic field distribution of the light load and high precision of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is analyzed,taking advantage of MATLAB,the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor model is established and the sine into axis current vector control is realized by using high energy permanent magnet current control method and the position control simulation system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is built,then the experimental results are compared with it.
