| 摘 要： | 德国ZF公司的船用齿轮产品都采用整个齿廓与齿向修形,在生产过程中由磨削加工完成齿部修形,针对加工实践重点研究了在成型磨齿机上实现齿部修形的关键环节,对加工参数输入,加工方法,加工参数调整以及设备计量报告的分析进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The profile and lead modification of all the marine gears of Germany ZF marine company is carried out.The form modification of gears is made during gear grinding process.Here we mainly study the key procedure of form modification on profile grinding machines in practice.This paper introduces the parameter input and adjustment during grinding as well as measuring report analysis in detail. |
