螺杆泵抽油杆柱瞬态有限元分析

摘    要:运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了螺杆泵抽油杆柱瞬态非线性有限元模型,针对杆柱初始缺陷及振动对杆柱的影响,采取在侧向变形及接触力较大的部位安装扶正器的措施来消弱杆柱的振动、减小杆柱侧向变形。通过分析结果,得出了抽油杆柱扶正器的合理配置方案,该方案能够减少杆管偏磨,预防杆柱断脱,延长检泵周期。

Abstract:ANSYS finite element analysis was used to establish sudden FEA mode of non-linear of screw pumping rod. Aiming at the effecting by initiated failure and shocking,measures were taken to eliminate side deformation and high contacting force by using a stabilizer. The analysis showed that the reasonable installation of stabilizer,which could reduce side-wearing and thread-off and extend maintenance period.
