| 摘 要： | 影响预拌混凝土专用水泥性能的因素有:水泥矿物组成与化学成分;熟料的碱含量及煅烧气氛;水泥调凝剂;掺用混合材的种类及细度;水泥的细度、温度及存放时间等。改善途径包括:对水泥生产原料进行超前控制;优化熟料矿物组成、烧成温度、烧成速度及冷却速度;优化水泥颗粒级配;合理控制出厂水泥的强度值,确保水泥均匀性。

| Abstract: | Factors affecting cement behavior special for ready-mixed concrete include mineral constitution and chemical composition of cement, alkali content in clinker and sintering atmosphere, retarder used for cement, types and fineness of admixtures added in. cement fineness, temperature and storing period etc. Improvement ways include strict control to raw materials, optimization of clinker mineral constitution, clinkering temperature, clinkering speed and cooling speed, optimization of cement particle gradation, reasonable control of finished cement strength grade and ensuring cement uniformity. |
