摘    要:为了实现高速磁浮列车用直线同步电机相位的精确检测,提出了基于定子齿槽效应的相位检测方案,并采用电感式传感器和数字信号处理器,设计了相位检测器.研究了电感式传感器检测长定子齿槽信号的原理,给出了相位检测器的硬件结构及基于DSP的相位细分运算方法.在低速情况下对该相位检测器的性能进行了实验验证,取得了与理论分析一致的结果.结果表明,相位检测器的分辨率可以通过设置合适的细分值来满足磁浮列车运行时牵引控制系统的要求.

Abstract:Based on long stator slotted effect of linear synchronous motor in high-speed maglev train,the principle of slot detection,hardware structure of the phase detector and signals subdivision with DSP were presented,the scheme of phase detection was proposed,and a new phase detector was developed based on inductive sensors and Digital Signal Processor(DSP).Experiments were carried out to confirm the performance of the phase detector at low speeds.The results show that the measurement accuracy can meet the requirement of the motor propulsion system of the high-speed maglev train by selecting the suitable subdivision factor.
