摘    要:宝新3#轧机为SUDWIG轧机。该轧机投产后所生产的不锈钢带表面存在一种特殊的横向条纹缺陷,严重影响带钢的外观质量。通过生产实践的探索,采取排除法证实该缺陷实际为一种冷却条纹缺陷,与轧机的冷却系统以及钢种的内在性能存在一定的关系。通过分析冷却条纹缺陷成因和机理,调整控制一区的喷淋压力和流量以及改造喷射板,使一区冷却带钢沿宽度方向上冷却效果均匀,或者冷却的差异缩小,从而减轻或者消除此类缺陷。

Abstract:The No.3 rolling mill in Baoxin Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.,was supplied by SUDWIG Company.Since the day when it was put into production,there has been a special transverse stripe defect on the surface of the stainless steel strip produced by the company.It seriously affects the strip's surface quality.After a series of exploration and study,it was discovered that this defect was formed in the cooling process.It has something to do with the mill's cooling system and steel's internal properties.With an analysis...
