PCB瑕疵图象实时视觉检测方法的研究

摘    要:在印刷电路板(PCB)视觉检测系统中,图象提取的质量和对瑕疵图象的快速而准确的识别是达到实时检测的关键因素。文章采用光纤光源作照明光源并用微机实时调整光源光强,提取高质量的目标图象;同时针对现有PCB瑕疵检测方法的缺点,提出了一种新的多参考比较法对PCB瑕疵图象快速识别。该方法运用数学形态学理论,有效地结合参考比较方法具有运算量小、计算速度快的特点和非参考比较方法在检测某些瑕疵上的优势。实验表明,该系统不仅极大地提高了识别速度,而且瑕疵检测范围也大大提高。

Abstract:In PCB visual inspection systems ,the image acquisition quality,fast and exact recognition of defective image are crucial for on-line inspection.A new PCB visual inspection system is designed and realized.The luminous intensity is adjusted real time by computer control to acquire high quality object images.A novel multi-references comparison approach using mathematical morphology is applied in this system to detect defects.This approach combines the fast speed of the reference comparison method and advantage of non-reference verification when detecting some detects to-gether.Experimental results indicate that the recognition speed and inspection range is greatly enhanced.
