750kV变压器顶层油温分布的分析

摘    要:利用红外仪发现750kV兰州东变电站变压器顶层油温度分布不均匀,结合考虑潜油泵的安装位置,分析了顶层油温分布不均匀的原因。在通常条件下,变压器负荷小,开启的潜油泵少,对油的搅拌不充分,顶层油温差别较大;如果变压器负荷大,开启的潜油泵多,对油的搅拌力度大,搅拌比较充分,则顶层油温差别不大。

Distribution Analysis of Top Oil Temperature in 750 kV Transformers

Abstract:By using a thermocamera, it has been found that the top oil in 750 kV transformers have an uneven and variable temperature distribution. The reasons are analyzed with consideration of the locations of the oil circulation pumps. Under normal operation conditions,the transformer carries lower load with fewer coolers on. The coolers stir the oil unevenly, and therefore the top oil temperature has an uneven distribution. In case of a heavier load of the transformer,on the contrary, more coolers have to be switched on and stir the oil with a combined stronger force, which results in an even distribution of the top oil temperature.
