摘    要:对采用不同控轧工艺试验生产的碳素钢筋的力学性能和组织进行对比研究,发现通过降低开轧温度和轧制速度及轧制过程强穿水冷却,使钢的铁素体晶粒明显细化,屈服强度达到400MPa以上,屈强比小于0.80。

Abstract:The relation between microstructure and mechanical propertes of different rolling temperature and cooling methods are studied, the results showed that the ribbed bars with the fine ferritic grain, yield strength over 400 MPa and yield ration less than 0.80 have been obtained with the rooling technology of lower starting temperature,slower rolling speed and strong water cooling during rooling.
