摘    要:从理论上推导了电解加工中阴极表面上承受的力与阴阳极间间隙的关系;采集电解加工过程中阴极表面上的力信号,经过信号处理后用其训练一个BP神经网络,实现间隙的在线检测;设计了一个模糊控制器,把间隙的误差转化为力的误差,将误差的变化信号作为模糊控制器的输入,将进给速度的增量作为模糊控制器输出。在MATLAB的Simulink模块中建立间隙智能控制系统进行了仿真试验,结果表明,该模糊控制器对间隙的控制效果较好。

Abstract:The theoretical relationship between force on the surface of the cathode,which was led by the electrolyte,and the interelectrode gap of ECM was deduced.Then the force signals were gathered in the test and then signals treated,this data of force-gap can be used to train a BP neural network(NN),then the interelectrode gap can be predicted on line.A fuzzy controller was designed,of which the inputs were the force error and the change of force error which was transfered from the error of interelectrode gap by using another BP NN which was trained by the pair of the gap-force data gathered in the test,the output of controller was the increment of feed velocity.The simulation model based on the Simulink module of MATLAB was established.The fuzzy controller gives satisfactory performance
