摘    要:针对常规震击器、减震器在空气钻井中应用时暴露出的产品表面腐蚀严重以及密封形式不适宜等问题,详细分析了失效机理,并从产品整体预防腐蚀及疲劳断裂、流线形结构设计、特殊表面处理工艺、密封材料和结构优化设计、整体功能原理设计等方面设计出适用于欠平衡空气钻井的全机械式空气随钻震击器、减震器。现场应用表明,空气随钻震击器比常规产品表现出更耐高温、更耐腐蚀的特点,适用于空气钻井。

An analysis of the failure of the while-drilling bumper sub and damper and its solution
Abstract:Considering the problem that there exist seriously corroded surface,dotted pit corrosion of sealed surface and improper seal form of the products in application of normal bumper sub and damper in air drilling,the mechanism of the failure was analyzed in detail. The fully mechanical air while-drilling bumper sub and damper were designed for under-balanced air drilling in terms of the product's whole prevention of corrosion and fatigue crack,streamline structure design,special surface processing technique,sealing material,structural optimization design and whole functional principle design. The field application shows that,compared with the normal product,the air while-drilling bumper sub is stronger in resistance against high temperature,high torque and corrosion. It is suitable for air drilling.
