加氢精制装置换热器结垢的原因分析

摘    要:研究了加氢精制装置换热系统铵盐结晶堵塞与其他同类装置不同的现象,分析了反应流出物高压换热器管束结盐的原因,提出了防范和改进的措施,通过控制原料总氯含量、硫含量及换热器出口温度,可有效防止加氢高压螺纹缩紧环换热器管束结盐,保证了装置长周期运行的要求.

Abstract:The different phenomena between ammonium salt deposition in hydrogen refining equipment heat exchanger and other congeneric equipment were studied in this paper.the causes of reaction effusion deposits on high pressure heat exchanger tubes were analysed.some measure to prevent fouling and ensure long period running of the equipment were put forward,such as controlling chlorin and sulfur content of raw material,controlling the exit temperature of heat exchanger.
