全液压整体爬模技术在超高层建筑施工中的应用

摘    要:北京中国国际贸易中心二期工程办公楼,采用全不坟整体爬模系统,施工中注重整个系统的平稳顶升,同时在外桁架上搭设产台,为后续工作创造条件,通过改进混凝土的养护方式及垂直运输升降机的布置,提高了该系统的利用率,创造了2.5一层的施工速度。

Abstract:Hydraulic integral climbing form system was applied to the construction of the project phase II of China International Trade Center,Beijing.In the construction,more attention was paid to the smooth raising of whole system,while external platform was hung on external framework so as to facilitate the later activities.By improving concrete curing method and the layout of cranes,system efficiency was improved. Thus,a construction rate of 1 floor/2.5 day was achieved.
