摘    要:本文介绍了等度高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定大豆异黄酮中二种主要成份:大豆甙元(Daidzein)和金雀异黄酮(Genistein)的方法。采用Atlantis C18色谱柱和EasyGuard C18,保护柱;以甲醇:0·1%醋酸(pH3·11)=51·5:48·5(v/v)为流动相;检测波长λ=254nm;流速1mL/min。在测定范围内(10-200ng)峰面积与质量浓度线性关系良好。大豆甙元和金雀异黄酮的相关系数分别为0·9984,0·9997·两组份回收率为97·0—102·92%·

Abstract:An analytical approach has been developed for isocratic elution high performance liquid chromatographic determination of Daidzein and Genistein in the soy bean isoflanoves.They were measured using Atlantis C_ 18 for analytical column and EasyGuard column C_ 18 for guard column,and UV detector(at 254nm).The mobile phase was methanol : 0.1% acetic acid(pH3.11) = 51.5:48.5(v/v).there was a good linear relationship between the content of Daidzein,Genistein and its peak area,with the correlation coefficients of 0.9984 and 0.9997 respectively,Average recoveries were 97.0%-103.0%.
