摘    要:介绍了广州蓄能水电厂利用MAXIMO管理工具实施的计算机维修管理系统 (CMMS),包括系统的配置,系统的设备管理、标准作业计划、设备故障代码体系、预防性 维修和设备维修管理等模块的实施特点,标准化维修工作流程的设计等内容。总结了水电厂 实施CMMS的一些经验和体会,并指出CMMS是水电厂开展状态检修的重要基础之一。

Abstract:Introduced in this paper is the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) developed with MAXIMO software at the Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station, including the configuration of CMMS, the characteristics of the modules of equipment management, standard operation plan, fault code system and preventive maintenance, and the design of standard maintenance flow. Some experiences in the implementation of CMMS are summarized, and it is pointed out that CMMS is one of the basis of state maintenance of hydropower stations.
