变工况运行的机械故障诊断研究

摘    要:为解决传统故障诊断方法难以对变工况运行时的机械进行诊断的困难,提出了应用瞬时功率谱(IPS)和遗传基因规划(GP)方法对在变工况下的运行机械测得振动信号进行处理,生成能够用于故障识别的优良特征参数GP-SP,从而达到对变工况运行机械进行故障诊断的目的。该方法已被应用于滚动轴承的故障诊断。

Abstract:To solve the problem difficult to diagnose which the traditional failure diagnosis method can’t solve in unsteady operating conditions, treating vibration signals of machinery in unsteady operating conditions are proposed by using instantaneous power spectrum (IPS) and genetic programming (GP), generating excellent symptom parameters GP-SP for failure diagnosis, and failure of machinery in unsteady operating conditions is diagnosed. The method has been applied to the failure diagnosis of rolling bearing.
