摘    要:我国蜡料性质逐渐变差而石蜡产品质量要求日益严格 ,现有石蜡加氢精制装置在生产食品用蜡等高质量产品时 ,为了适应这一变化 ,应选择加氢性能更好的催化剂及合适的工艺技术。如选用FV型新一代石蜡加氢催化剂 ,采用催化剂级配装填技术、新型蜡料白土预处理技术、一段串联工艺流程、高压加氢技术、原料过滤和产品后处理技术等

Abstract:The performance characteristics of domestic waxstock are gradually getting worse while the requirements of paraffin wax quality become increasingly strict. So the catalyst with better hydrogenation performance and the appropriate process technology should be adopted to produce high quality wax such as foodstuff wax with existing paraffin wax hydrofining unit. For instance, new generation FV catalyst, grading technology for catalyst loading, new clay pretreating technology of waxstock, one stage series process flow, high pressure hydrofining, feedstock filtration and product aftertreatment should be adopted.
