摘    要:利用快速凝固制粉和挤压技术研究Ag-10Ni-RE合金,金相分析、机械性能和电性能检测表明,新材料具有优异的机械性能,抗熔焊、耐磨损和耐电弧烧损。在中等功率(10~30A)继电器、接触器和开关中使用,质量达到所要求的技术指标,可代替传统的Ag-10Ni和其他银基合金,是新一代的电接触材料。

Abstract:The rapid solidification and extrusion technology are utilized study for Ag-10Ni-RE alloys.The results show that the new Ag-10Ni-Y materials has excellent mechanical properties,low abrasive wear,strong abilities of inhibiting sweat and resisting arc erosion,through analysing and examining.It is applied to relays,contactors,switchs in range of middling power,which can maintain stable qualify and come to the technological standards of production.It can be used to substitute for the Ag-10Ni and other silver-base alloys.Therefore,it will be a new electrical contact materials to have wide application in the future.
