摘    要:根据板坯连铸机的运行机理,设计实现了结晶器振动状态在线监测系统。实际运行表明,该系统适于连铸的高温、高湿环境;具有较强的抗干扰能力;能在线辨识计算结晶器振动频率、振动相位偏差和其它工艺参数;对设备不同的工作状态均有良好的适应性。

Abstract:According to the mechanism of the slab caster, an on line oscillation monitoring system of the slab caster mold has been designed and realized. The real application in the slab caster mold shows that the system is suitable for the circumstances of high temperature and moisture, and has great ability to suppress disturbance. The system can detect the oscillation frequencies and phases, and calculate the technological parameters. It also has a good suitability for the slab caster mold in the different working conditions.
