硫酸生产中炉气因素与电除尘器运行条件

随着环境保护要求日益严格，许多酸洗净化的硫酸装置多配置了电除尘器，其中一部分的除尘效果欠佳。分析了炉气因素对电除尘器正常运行的影响，指出沸腾炉在弱氧化焙烧条件下就可防止生成过多的Ｆｅ２Ｏ３及ＳＯ３，并提出了控制指标及手段，强调了应与原料和焙烧工序配合是电除尘器正常运行的关键。

Furnace Gas and Operation Conditions of the Electrostatic Precipitators in the Production of Sulfuric Acid

With increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection,many sulfuric acid plants with acid-scrubbing purification are using electrostatic precipitatiors,but some electrostatic precipitators have poor dedusting effects. The author analysis the impact of furnace gas on normal operation of electrostatic precipitators, indicates that generation of excessive Fe2O3 and SO3 can be prevented in weak oxidizing calcination conditions,proposes control indexes and measures,and emphasizes that coordination with the raw material and calcining section is critical to the normal operation of electrostatic precipitators.
