磨球直径和添加剂对行星球磨行为的影响

摘    要:借助制备Fe、WC微粉过程中不同工艺条件对比,分析了磨球尺寸和球磨添加剂对行星球磨行为的影响。结果表明,磨球大小与粉料的细化效率之间存在一定的对应关系,磨球数量和添加剂性质会改变物料的工作状态。

Abstract:By means of the comparison of different processing conditions in the course of preparing Fe and WC fine powder, the influence of size of ball and additive on the behavior of the planet ball -milling are investigated It is found that there are corresponding relationship between the size of ball and fining efficiency of powder, and that operating status of ball and powder will vary with the number of ball and the property of additive
