| Abstract: | Based on the system of the network video conference for the ministry of communications.,We discuss the scheme to implement the function of controllable multi-image technology in the network video conference system .The three subjects of the technology are: the video signal collection and compression, the video multicast and the multiplex video signal collateral processing . The scheme has been implemented successfully in the practical system . |
