低压供气式射流器的性能研究

摘    要:设计加工了一套供气式射流曝气器清水充氧性能测试装置,并利用该装置对新型的低压供气式射流曝气器进行清水充氧性能研究。清水试验表明:低压供气式射流曝气器氧利用率达16.34%;理论动力效率达2.65~3.05kgO2/kWh。优于其它形式的曝气设备,能有效降低能耗。

Abstract:A testing device for clean water aeration performance in air supply jet aerator was manufactured, and with which the clean water aeration performance of the jet aerator was tested. The result shows that oxygen utilization rate of the low pressure air supply jet aerator is at 16.34%, and the theoretical dynamic effi- ciency is at 2.65-3.05kgO2/kWh, It is superior to other types of aeration equipment with the energy consumption effectively reduced.
