不同调节剂对烟叶化学成分的动态影响

摘    要:采用盆栽方法,研究了ABT4、FA和FeSO4对烟叶化学成分的动态变化及其品质特征的影响。结果表明:ABT4、FA对总糖的影响为双峰曲线,FeSO4的影响为单峰曲线;3种调节剂均促进烟碱和钾的积累,使烟碱的积累峰值较CK晚10d左右;氮、钾在烟叶中的含量随生育期进展呈下降趋势;3种调节剂均促进糖/、糖/及氮/比的协调发展,有利于优质烟叶的形成,其作用大小顺序为:FeSO4、FA和ABT4。

Abstract:An experiment on dynamic effects of different regulators treatment on chemical composition of tobacco was conducted by employing method of plot and pool. The results shown that the dynamic changes of total sugar were appeared double peaks controlled by ABT 4 and FA, and was a single peak by FeSO 4. The accumulation of nicotine and potassium were improved by the three regulators, and the time the peaks appeared was delayed by 10 days. The nitrogen and potassium in tobacco leaves were decreased with the process of tobacco development. The ratio of sugar and nitrogen, sugar and nicotine, nitrogen and nicotine were coordinated well to the quality tobacco by the three regulators, and the sequence of effect was FeSO 4,FA,ABT 4.
