摘    要:采用动态恒电位极化曲线方法。结合金相分析对铝硫酸阳极氧化膜在NaCl溶液中的孔蚀行为机理进行了研究初探,实验表明:铝经硫酸阳极氧化处理后具有较高耐孔蚀性能,这是由于它表面生成了一层由阻挡层与多孔层所构成的特殊双层结构所引起。

Abstract:The pitting behavior of the anodized aluminum(with or without reversed field treatment)has been studied using potentiostatic polarization method. After anodized in H2SO4 solution, aluminum showed improved pitting resistance in NaC1 solution due to the formation of the special two--layer oxide film which composed by the barrier layer and the porous layer on the surface. The nucleaton and the growth rate of the pits were significantly affected by the barrier layer while the porous layer made the corrosive CI-- anion and the corrosion product migrate in the pore difficult thus caused the pits repassivation and shifted the potential towards noble.
