摘    要:将微波加热用于低品们氧镍矿石的氯化焙烧,产出的焙砂用稀酸浸出。结果表明,采用微波加热代替传统加热时,可以提高镍的浸出率。减小矿石始粒度、增加微波辐射功率可以提高镍的浸出率,适当增加反应时间和氯化剂FeCl3的加入量,有助于提高镍的浸出率,但当微波辐身时间超过20min、FeCl3的加入量超过28%时,镍的浸出率反而下降。在最佳条件下,镍的浸出率可以达到71.65%。

Abstract:The microwave heating was used to the chloridizing roasting of nickel-bearing garnierite ore by FeCl3. The roasted product was leached by dilute add solution. It was demonstrated that the leaching efficiency of nickel increased when microwave heating was used instead of conventional heating. A decrease in the initial particle size of the ore or an increase in the microwave power applied could result in the increase of nickel leaching efficiency . A moderate increase of microwave irradiation the and FeCl3 quantity added in sample could enhance the leaching efficiency of nickel, but it would be lowered when microwave irradiation time was beyond 20 min or FeCl3 exceeded 28%. Under optimum conditions, the leaching efficiency of nickel was up to 71.65%.
