方坯连铸机切割系统电气自动控制改造

摘    要:针对新钢公司炼钢厂方坯连铸机自动定尺火焰切割机系统在生产过程中出现的故障和问题,利用现有连铸拉矫机上的铸坯跟踪编码器和切割自动控制PLC程序进行了技术改造.通过由编码器产生的数据模拟产生切割机的位置定尺信号来取代原来的传感器信号,从而有效地解决了因高温区电缆及信号传感器寿命短,故障率高而影响生产的问题.

Abstract:Aimed at the appeared problem and malfunction in production process on automatic size-setted torch-cutter system in billet continuous machine in our factory, The transformation is carried out through utilizing the existing billet-track eneoder and PLC program of auto-eortrol cut, With the aid of billet position signal simulation data produced by encodar,It effectly solved problems of high malfunction rate due to the short-life of cable and sensor in high-temperature zone
