摘    要:含硫量较高的原油,在加氢精制装置中把原料内的硫、氮、氧化物等转化为H2S、NH3和H2O而脱除。其中产生的H2S与金属设备反应生成极易自燃的FeS,H2S和NH3溶于水后气味很臭。因此,加氢精制装置在停工检修时使用LQS-98硫化亚铁清洗钝化剂,成功防止了设备内FeS自燃和消除臭味。

Abstract:The crude oil with high sulphur was corrosive to the hydrotreatment device. The sulphur, nitrogen, and oxide in the oil were transformed to H2S, NH3 and H20 in the hydrotreatment device. The H2S formed transform to FeS, which is easy to self-ignite. The H2S and NH3 have unwell odour. So, the FeS, H2S and NH3 should be removed form the device. The LQS-98 cleaner and passivator was used in the process, and remove the FeS, H2S and NH3 successfully.
